Terms & Conditions

• Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment upon reservation. No amendments and cancellations are possible. Cancellations and no-shows will still be charged at the full rate even in the case of flight cancellations, missed flights or any other reason beyond the control of San Antonio Hotel & Spa.
• Standard Rate: 20% non-refundable deposit upon reservation with balance paid upon arrival. Amendments are possible via email only subject to written confirmation from hotel but no cancellations permitted. In case of cancellations or no-shows, deposit will not be refunded even in the case of flight cancellations, missed flights or any other reason beyond the control of San Antonio Hotel & Spa.
• Pricing Policy: Prices might vary from time to time. No refund for differences in prices will be possible in case of any cheaper special offers even if issued at a later stage after your booking. The price shown on your booking confirmation will be the final price to be paid upon arrival to San Antonio Hotel & Spa.
• Children's Policy: Children's discount is applicable for ages between 4 and 11 years inclusive. As from 12 years of age and upwards, children will be charged as an extra adult.
• Clients' Special Requests: San Antonio Hotel & Spa will try to accomodate any special requests. However, please note that all requests are subject to availability upon arrival unless confirmed in writing by the hotel.
• Beach Facilities: Rocky beach is available to use all year round. Our sandy beach facilities are available approximately between 10th June and 20th September - weather permitting. Umbrellas and sunbeds by the beach are available at a charge payable direct at our Beach Bar.
• Check-in: 15h00.
• Check-out: 11h00.
• Parking Fee: EUR 6 per day.
